First off, no instructions.
Second, the stamped size of .5mm, 1.0 mm, 1.5mm doesn't mean if you have that size wire [insulation stripped off], it works in that die.
THE CONNECTOR DETERMINES THE SIZE OF DIE TO USE.
The connectors supplied fit the 1.5mm die.
There is a small and large side for each die. The small side crimps the wire, the large crimps the water seal over the insulation.
I am using .6mm wire. I doubled it over to increase the volume in the connector. The 'WRONG' picture is from crimping in the .5mm die. The 'RIGHT' picture is from crimping in the 1.5mm die.
I have not assembled a connector yet. I will post when I do.
