What Is a PIR Sandwich Panel?

How to Pack PIR Sandwich Panels?
Zonsteel PIR sandwich panels are wrapped in film and placed on pallets, with the bottom padded with XPS board for protection. For long panels, such as those measuring mm, we recommend a width of mm. Two pallets can be placed side by side without rubbing against each other.

How to Install PIR Sandwich Panel Walls of Cold Room?
Zonsteel PIR sandwich panels feature a tongue-and-groove joint type. U or L-shaped profiles are placed on the ground to hold the panels, which are then screwed into place. Typically, the isocyanate index for PUR panels ranges from 110 to 120, while for PIR, it significantly increases to a range of 200 to 300.
